Refund policy

 

You have 30 days to request a return after receiving your order. This policy applies to both coffee and merchandise, with a few specific conditions for each.

Return period and eligibility

Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date you receive your items.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received and include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Coffee bags must contain at least 90% of their original contents and be properly resealed to maintain freshness.
  • Merchandise must be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at info@caminocoffee.nl with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Once your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

 In these cases, steps will be taken to repair the issue, replace the item, or provide a refund where appropriate.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Coffee bags with less than 90% of their contents remaining
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not returned within the 30-day period

Refunds

You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected, and informed whether the refund is approved. 

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Bank or card processing times may cause additional delays.
