Products & storage
Whole bean coffee stays enjoyable for several months if kept in a cool, dry, airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. For the best flavour and aromatics, it is recommended to drink your coffee within a few weeks and to grind just before brewing whenever possible.
Keep your coffee in its original bag or in an opaque, airtight container, stored in a cupboard rather than on the counter next to your stove or in direct sunlight. Avoid the fridge or freezer for opened bags, as temperature swings and condensation can damage the beans and mute flavours over time.
