Can I really cancel whenever I want?
Yes. You cancel yourself in your account, in a few clicks. There's no minimum number of deliveries and no notice period.
Can I combine different coffees?
Yes. Choose how many bags of each coffee you want. Everything comes in one delivery, on the same schedule.
When do I pay?
Per delivery. You pay for each bag when it's prepared for shipping, not in advance.
How long does shipping take and what does it cost?
Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. Shipping costs €4.95, and orders over €30 ship for free. As soon as your package ships, you'll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery.
What if the coffee isn't to my taste?
Doesn't the coffee taste the way you hoped? Let us know within 30 days and you'll get your money back. Rather try something else? We're happy to help you find a coffee that suits you better.
